PODS® Appoints James Shively as Chief Operating Officer
PODS Enterprises, LLC has announced the appointment of James Shively as Chief Operating Officer. Shively will lead the company’s core operations, concentrating on process standardization, operational efficiency, technology optimization, and team development to support the long-term growth strategy.

Shively has over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale logistics, fulfillment, and operational transformation initiatives. He previously worked at Chewy, where he contributed to scaling operations during a period of rapid growth while ensuring high service levels. Before Chewy, he held leadership roles at Amazon, and earlier in his career, he worked at BP and ExxonMobil, focusing on supply chain optimization and operational efficiencies.

Shively earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in finance, strategy, and international business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
