Transformer Table Appoints Chris Wantlin as CEO to Drive Next Phase of Global Expansion

Transformer Table has appointed Chris Wantlin as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company's transition from a high-growth disruptor to a globally recognized brand.

Wantlin brings over 30 years of experience to the role, having previously served as Chief Retail Officer at Ashley Global Retail. He has successfully led large-scale operational growth and expanded international manufacturing capabilities throughout his career, developing integrated retail and supply chain strategies across North America and Asia.

Since its founding in 2016, Transformer Table has gained traction with its expandable dining tables, which can accommodate up to 14 guests, as well as modular seating and adaptable furniture systems designed for modern living. Its vertically integrated model combines in-house manufacturing with a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform, driving rapid growth and customer loyalty.

As the company enters a new phase of expansion into physical retail, developing flagship store concepts and strengthening its international presence, Co-founder and Vice President Richard Mabley stated, "Chris brings exactly the leadership we need at this pivotal moment.
