On June 2, 2026, at 9:40 a.m. ET, Chief Executive Officer Thomas P. Gallagher and Chief Financial Officer Lance Emmons will present at the 46th Annual William Blair Growth Stock Conference in Chicago.

Gallagher will also participate in a fireside chat at the Piper Sandler Global Exchange and FinTech Conference on June 4, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. ET in New York.

Additionally, Gallagher and Emmons will take part in another fireside chat at the Morgan Stanley US Financials Conference on June 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET, also in New York. The presentations will be available live and in replay via webcast on MIAX’s Investor Relations website.
