Arctech Secures Global No. 2 in Solar Trackers for Second Consecutive Year, Retains Top Position in EMEA

KUNSHAN, China — Arctech, a global leader in solar tracking systems and intelligent energy solutions, has been ranked the world's No. 2 solar tracker supplier for the second consecutive year, according to the company. The designation comes from the Solar PV Tracker Market Report 2026 released by S&P Global Energy.

In 2025, Arctech captured 12.1 percent of the global tracker market, with total shipments reaching 16 GW. The company also maintained its No. 1 position within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

The global solar tracker market saw significant growth in 2025, with total shipments hitting 133 GW, representing a 19 percent increase from the previous year. In particular, the Middle East and Africa region experienced a dramatic surge of 49 percent to reach a record 26 GW, while Europe saw shipments rise to 25 GW, largely driven by robust growth in Italy and Romania. S&P Global Energy projects that global tracker shipments will exceed 160 GW by 2030.

Within the EMEA region, Arctech secured a leading position as the No. 1 supplier with a market share of 22.6 percent, achieving the largest shipment growth in the area. The company has established a dominant presence in Saudi Arabia, holding 53.6 percent of the market, and in the UAE, where its share stands at 54.1 percent. Additionally, Arctech has made inroads into various European markets and is expanding its presence in African countries such as South Africa and Egypt.

Arctech is set to showcase its new intelligent photovoltaic piling and automatic installation solutions at the SNEC 2026 event, scheduled for June 3–5 in Shanghai. The company will present its comprehensive "Tracker+" and "Green Power+" offerings, which include advanced systems for solar tracking, energy storage, and building-integrated green energy solutions.
