Dstny Group appoints Igor Pais as Chief Customer Officer to deepen customer-centricity at scale
Dstny Group, a European provider of business communications solutions, has appointed Igor Pais as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and a member of the Executive Team, effective immediately. Pais brings 20 years of experience in communications software to his new role, which focuses on placing customers at the center of Dstny's growth strategy.
As CCO, Pais will work to align marketing, sales, services, and customer success around shared customer objectives. His goals include accelerating time to value, enhancing customer retention, and fostering sustainable growth. He will report directly to CEO Daan De Wever.
