Kellogg School of Management Expands Executive Education Programs to Meet Global Demand
The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is expanding its Executive Education program portfolio, providing a combination of academic rigor from its faculty, real-world application, and flexible delivery formats to meet the needs of business leaders worldwide.
Kellogg Executive Education aims to equip executives, from emerging leaders to top executives, with frameworks and capabilities necessary for effective leadership in a rapidly changing environment marked by technological advancements and shifting global markets. "At the heart of every Kellogg Executive Education program is a belief that the best business education happens at the intersection of rigorous academic research and hard-won real-world experience," said Jake Cohen, Associate Dean of Global EMBA and Executive Education at Kellogg.
Kellogg's Executive Education portfolio has been scaling in response to increasing global demand. In 2025, the program saw participation from approximately 16,000 individuals across 350 programs, which included 72 open enrollment and 92 custom engagements, demonstrating the school's expanding global reach.
The curriculum addresses critical areas like strategy, leadership, and marketing while also focusing on emerging topics such as artificial intelligence. A notable upcoming program, Mastering the Human-AI Partnership, launching in October 2026, will equip executives to integrate AI with human judgment for improved outcomes.
Kellogg is also investing in new delivery models, such as the Executive Education On-Demand platform and expanding custom programs. These efforts are intended to co-create learning experiences tailored to organizations’ strategic needs. Kellogg is further enhancing its physical infrastructure with the upcoming Ann McIlrath Drake Executive Center, anticipated to offer a unique environment for immersive executive learning by fall 2027.
Cohen emphasized Kellogg's commitment to being a long-term partner for organizational leadership development, aiming to assist companies and leaders navigate complexities and prepare for the future of business.
