The Patel family, which includes Vimal, Ajay, and Ankit Patel, brings a wealth of cross-industry experience to the venture. Vimal Patel owns a grocery store and gas station in South Carolina and operates several franchise locations, including Little Caesars and Tropical Smoothie Café. Ajay Patel has a background in business and finance from JPMorgan Chase and has invested in retail and restaurant sectors. Ankit Patel has experience managing motels, gas stations, and a liquor store.
Vimal Patel expressed his enthusiasm for the franchise opportunity, stating, "What stood out to us was the combination of great food and a concept that works for everyone.
