Roots Automation, Inc. Launches Bevaya, Its New Flagship AI Agent Platform for Insurance
Roots Automation, Inc. has launched Bevaya, a new AI Agent platform specifically designed for the insurance industry. Bevaya features a new architecture and a redesigned user interface, offering carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) a unified environment for designing, deploying, and managing agentic AI across underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
Bevaya replaces the previous Roots platform and will serve as the brand moving forward. Over the past seven years, Roots Automation has witnessed a significant increase in demand for insurance AI, leading to more than 115 production AI deployments with major organizations, including three of the top five property and casualty (P&C) carriers, three of the top ten brokers, and three of the top twenty TPAs.
The platform is powered by InsurGPT™, which consists of specialized AI models trained on over 300 million proprietary insurance documents. This training allows the AI to grasp insurance language, processes, and context similar to that of experienced professionals. Users can develop AI Agents in collaboration with insurance process experts or utilize Bevaya's AI Assistant on the Workflow Canvas for assistance in analyzing and recommending solutions across various insurance workflows.

Bevaya offers various capabilities, including a library of pre-built AI Agents for different insurance functions, integration with existing enterprise systems, an AI Assistant for user support, AI-generated insight summaries, and advanced document intelligence features. All products and services will now operate under the Bevaya brand, while Roots Automation, Inc. continues to function as the legal entity.
