The Storage Center Continues Texas Expansion with New Pasadena Storage Facility

The Storage Center has announced the opening of a new storage facility in Pasadena, Texas, which will provide 800 storage units to support the growing residential and business communities in southeast Houston. Located at 7205 Fairmont Parkway, this facility marks the company's first entry into the greater Houston market and enhances its presence in one of the fastest-growing corridors in the country.

Scheduled to open in June 2026, the three-story facility will offer over 95,000 square feet of rentable space. Positioned near the Sam Houston Tollway and just minutes from San Jacinto College, the new storage center aims to cater to local residents, students, and a developing base of small businesses and industrial operators.

Robby Piper, Principal of The Storage Center, emphasized the significance of Pasadena's growth, stating, "Pasadena has long been a cornerstone of Houston's petrochemical corridor, and today it's also one of the fastest-growing residential communities in the metro – home to families, students, and entrepreneurs who are putting down roots here. We built this facility to support that growth and momentum." He noted that the combination of climate-controlled and non-climate drive-up storage options allows customers to store a variety of items, from household belongings to business inventory.

The storage units will range in size from compact 5-by-5 units to spacious 10-by-30 units, providing flexible options for different storage needs. Additionally, customers will benefit from various services including elevator access, contactless online rentals, and enhanced security features such as 24-hour digital surveillance.

The Storage Center is offering a promotional incentive for its opening, providing the first month free for customers who reserve storage units online before June 30, 2026. Guided tours of the facility will also be available during regular business hours.
