Cherry Bekaert Acquires Calvetti Ferguson, Expanding Texas and Nashville Presence

Cherry Bekaert, a national professional services firm, has announced the acquisition of Calvetti Ferguson, P.C., an accounting and advisory firm based in Houston, Texas, with additional offices in Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Nashville, Tennessee. This acquisition significantly expands Cherry Bekaert's presence in Texas and strengthens its operations in Nashville.

Founded in 2003, Calvetti Ferguson serves middle-market clients in various sectors including real estate and construction, energy, oil and gas, private equity, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, nonprofits, and technology.

As part of the transaction, Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC acquired Calvetti Ferguson's nonattest assets, while Cherry Bekaert LLP will acquire the attest assets. Calvetti Ferguson will be integrated into Cherry Bekaert and will operate under the Cherry Bekaert brand.
