Dstny Launches Always-On Communications: Business Communications That Never Sleep
Dstny has announced the launch of Always-On Communications, aiming to enhance business conversations and ensure that no interaction is missed. The new service transitions Service Providers from standard voice connectivity to an AI-first Communications Operating System, with Dstny Digital Agents at its core.
Research indicates that 35% of AI agents currently in use focus primarily on voice interactions. This includes capabilities such as conversational intelligence during calls, real-time human assistance, and autonomous experiences like AI receptionists. Dstny's solution encompasses these various functionalities.
Dstny emphasizes that while many can create bots with phone numbers, the company has prioritized building a robust voice layer with integrated AI. Key features include carrier-grade identity, minimal latency, and compliance with European data residency. This design allows both AI agents and human operators to work in harmony, leveraging existing voice infrastructure.

The company projects that while the average revenue per user for voice stands at €5, the potential is more than €50 per digital employee in a projected €10–12 billion voice AI market by 2029.
