Richmond American Debuts New Community in Provo
Richmond American Homes of Utah, Inc., a subsidiary of Sekisui House U.S., Inc., has announced the Grand Opening of Geneva Estates in Provo. This new neighborhood features a selection of two-story homes with layouts and amenities designed for modern living, conveniently located for commuters.
Among the offerings at Geneva Estates is the Tourmaline, one of five floor plans available. Homebuyers can opt to personalize their homes by working with design consultants to select colors, textures, and finishes, a service provided at no additional cost.
The Grand Opening event is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Prospective homebuyers and local real estate agents are invited to attend. Guests can enjoy complimentary lunch from a food truck and participate in a prize giveaway while learning about the community's offerings.
