QYOU Media Reports Record $32 Million in Revenue and Positive Adjusted EBITDA* for FY 2025
QYOU Media Inc., a company operating in India and the United States that produces, markets, and distributes content created by social media stars and digital content creators, has reported its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, and for the fourth quarter of 2025. The company recorded annual revenue of $32,166,347, marking its highest annual revenue in history. This growth was primarily driven by the performance of its influencer marketing business units in North America and India.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, the company reported revenue of $11,110,751, which also represents the highest quarterly revenue in its history. The adjusted EBITDA for the entire fiscal year was $695,893, reflecting an 80% decrease from the previous year due to higher operating costs linked to strategic investments aimed at ensuring long-term growth.
QYOU Media also reported a significant improvement in its net loss, which decreased by $5,800,845 or 73% compared to the previous year. This improvement is attributed to strong growth in the influencer marketing segment and cost controls following the strategic discontinuation of certain business operations.
The company ended the fiscal year with a cash balance of $5,206,907, a substantial increase from $946,784 in 2024. CEO and Co-Founder Curt Marvis noted that the timing of the financial publication was influenced by additional work with auditors to address technical accounting matters, but he expressed confidence in the final outcome and the company's overall financial performance.
Management will conduct a live conference call and stream on June 15, 2026, at 1:30 PM EST to discuss the fiscal year 2025 results and upcoming business plans for 2026. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during the call.
