Las Vegas Review-Journal Unveils "Top 100 Restaurants" 2026
The Las Vegas Review-Journal has released its annual Top 100 Restaurants 2026, a guide highlighting distinguished dining experiences across Southern Nevada. This special edition of the quarterly rjmagazine is available in the print edition of the Review-Journal for subscribers and online at LVRJ.com.
Since the inaugural Top 100 issue two years ago, Las Vegas has solidified its status as a premier food and beverage destination. The city has hosted significant culinary events such as the World's 50 Best Restaurants and North America's 50 Best Restaurants ceremonies, and it has seen the return of the Michelin Guide alongside a record 14 James Beard Award semifinalists this year. The national spotlight continues to shine on the city as it showcases a diverse array of dining concepts.
Led by food and beverage writer Johnathan L. Wright, the Top 100 list is developed through a thorough editorial review process. Each restaurant on the list has been personally visited—often multiple times—by reviewers who conduct unannounced visits to ensure an unbiased dining experience. All meals are paid for by the Review-Journal.

He noted that the Top 100 Restaurants serves as a guide for discovering both new and established favorites within the vibrant Southern Nevada dining scene.
Anastasia Hendrix, Vice President of New Initiatives and editor-in-chief of rjmagazine, highlighted the significance of the culinary recognition and the stories behind it. "Las Vegas' culinary stature has never been higher — Michelin is back, a local chef just won a James Beard top award, and the world is paying attention," Hendrix remarked. She commended Wright's efforts in capturing this momentum through his expertise and dedication.
