IntelAgree Launches Multi-Language Support and Custom Labels for Global Contract Teams

June 22, 2026

IntelAgree, an AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, has announced the expansion of its multi-language support, allowing globally distributed teams to collaborate in their preferred languages. This update will be available starting June 29 and includes support for seven languages. It complements the company's recently released custom labels feature, which enables users to rename fields and statuses to better align with their business terminology.

The new multi-language capabilities mean that different users can operate within the same IntelAgree instance, regardless of location or language preference. For example, a legal lead in Berlin can use the platform in German while a contracts manager in Tampa works in English, enabling seamless collaboration on the same agreements.

Additionally, the custom labels feature allows organizations to modify up to 150 fields and statuses. Users can personalize terms, such as changing "contract" to "agreement" or "in negotiation" to "redlining," which streamlines communication and ensures consistency in how data is reported across the organization. When paired with multi-language support, these custom labels will be displayed in each user's selected language.

Michael Schacter, Director of Product Management at IntelAgree, emphasized the importance of adapting the platform to meet the needs of global contract teams. He noted, "Running a global contract operation is one of the hardest things an enterprise can do, and we believe a CLM platform should adapt to the people using it, regardless of their location."

IntelAgree's updates are designed to improve user experience, allowing all users on a global deployment to work in their own languages while using their organization's established terminology. This aims to reduce confusion and improve efficiency in contract management processes.

IntelAgree operates as an AI-driven platform that helps enterprise teams streamline their contracting tasks. Its features include machine learning capabilities for contract analytics and a generative AI assistant, Saige Assist, which automates complex tasks such as drafting and negotiation. The platform is utilized by a variety of organizations, including major league sports teams and Fortune 500 companies.
