Oxford Partners Managing Partner Ryan Hartsell Named a 2026 Houston Business Journal Most Admired CEO
Oxford Partners, a Houston-based independent tenant and buyer representation firm, has announced that Managing Partner Ryan Hartsell, SIOR, MRE, has been named a 2026 honoree in the Houston Business Journal Most Admired CEO awards. Hartsell and other honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony on August 27 at The Houstonian Hotel and in the August 28 issue of the Houston Business Journal.
The Most Admired CEO Awards honor exceptional chief executives leading both for-profit and nonprofit organizations within the Houston metropolitan area, according to the company.
"This recognition belongs to the team we have built at Oxford," Hartsell stated. "Our advisors fight every day for clients who deserve conflict-free representation and transparent advocacy. What we have accomplished is a reflection of their commitment and the culture we have worked hard to create together."
Since Hartsell became Managing Partner in 2015, he has transformed the firm from a two-person brokerage into a platform consisting of 20 agents and 10 staff members. Under his leadership, the firm has completed over 250 transactions with a total annual volume of $150 million. Oxford Partners has also been listed on the Inc. 5000 for three consecutive years, earning a rank of #117 in the real estate category for 2025.
In addition to these accomplishments, Oxford Partners has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by GlobeSt and has been acknowledged by the Houston Business Journal as one of the city's top commercial real estate brokerages. Hartsell received further accolades in 2026, being named a 2025 REDnews Texas Commercial Real Estate Icon and the 2025 EO Houston Entrepreneur of the Year.
The firm specializes in representing tenants, buyers, and owner-occupants in office, industrial, and healthcare real estate, aiming to eliminate conflicts of interest that arise from broker dual representation. Throughout its history, Oxford Partners has completed more than 1,600 transactions, totaling approximately $1.7 billion in transaction volume.
