The update introduces improvements to the Sofia AI assistant, executive dashboards, collaboration tools, and multilingual accessibility, which the company claims will help organizations make better decisions, improve productivity, and align strategy with execution.
According to the company, this release reflects OnePlan's commitment to providing AI-powered planning solutions that enable organizations to prioritize investments, optimize resources, and accelerate business outcomes. CEO Scott Hebert emphasized the need for intelligent planning that connects strategy, investments, resources, and execution, stating that this release significantly advances that vision by enhancing features such as Sofia AI and collaboration tools.
The June release expands the capabilities of Sofia AI, incorporating Copilot capabilities directly into the OnePlan experience. This allows users to access AI assistance seamlessly within their planning environment, facilitating faster analysis and insights. Additionally, organizations can create custom Copilot agents tailored to their specific business needs and workflows.
Furthermore, the update enhances dashboarding capabilities for executives, PMOs, and business leaders. New widgets such as Heatmap and Gauge offer visual insights into portfolio health and strategic performance, alongside improved dashboard management features that allow for standardized reporting across teams. These enhancements aim to provide leaders with the information necessary to make informed decisions efficiently.
OnePlan also introduced capabilities to support improved collaboration among team members, such as a redesigned notification center and the ability to conduct off-cycle status reporting. These features are designed to increase transparency and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the company has added support for the German language, expanding its platform's accessibility for multinational organizations, alongside existing support for English, French, and Spanish.
