LiftTrack Launches First AI-Powered Strength Training Platform for Garmin Users
LiftTrack, the first strength training platform designed specifically for Garmin users, has officially launched its AI-powered fitness app, surpassing 15,000 installs in the Garmin ecosystem, according to the company. The app offers advanced workout planning, strength analytics, and personalized AI-driven training insights to users in one of the largest wearable fitness communities worldwide.
Garmin has primarily focused on endurance athletes, leaving strength training needs unmet. LiftTrack addresses this gap by enabling users to create workouts within the app, sync them to Garmin Connect, track their sessions on their watches using Garmin's native strength activity feature, and automatically sync data back for comprehensive analysis and progress tracking.
"Garmin excels at endurance tracking, but strength training has been underserved," stated Evan Noble, Founder of LiftTrack. "I built LiftTrack because it was missing in my own training, and it turns out many athletes felt the same way. We're bringing AI-powered strength training to help users train smarter and reach their goals faster."
The app includes several key features such as seamless Garmin integration for creating and syncing workouts, AI virtual coaching for personalized programs, smarter workout programming with custom exercises, and advanced performance insights to track training load and workout volume.
Since launching its Garmin integration in 2025, LiftTrack has attracted over 13,800 signups, with users completing more than 60,000 workouts and averaging over 10,000 monthly sessions. The app has seen hundreds of new subscribers joining each month.
LiftTrack is currently available for download on both Apple and Android platforms through a freemium model, providing around 90% of its features for free, with optional premium upgrades available.
