Ladouceur has a background in healthcare, beginning her career as a registered nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals before transitioning into healthcare technology. This clinical experience provides her with insights into the challenges faced by hospital clients.
Before joining EnableComp, Ladouceur was an Operating Partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, focusing on commercial excellence within the healthcare sector. She also served as President at Norstella, where she established and expanded the commercial organization. Her career is marked by a data-driven, client-focused approach that has consistently resulted in year-over-year growth. She holds a BSN from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Penn State University.
